If you think you may be pregnant and weren’t expecting it right now, you are figuring out what your next step is. It can be overwhelming to visit a place that you have never been before, so we wanted to share what happens when you come to Wellspring.

No insurance required

First, all our services are at no cost to you and don’t require insurance. We found that not having to worry about insurance makes things easier on you. Our staff are committed to treating each client with care, competence, and empathy in a confidential setting.

Before you come

A staff member will have you fill out a bit of paperwork that typically only takes a few minutes to complete. We also ask that you bring an ID with you, and it can be any type of photo ID.

At your appointment

Our medical staff will ask you questions about your situation and offer information tailored to you. Typically, each visit involves confirming your pregnancy and screening for gonorrhea/chlamydia. An ultrasound is also a crucial piece of information as you consider pregnancy options, including abortion. Ultrasounds are scheduled as needed and can be repeated if the medical staff recommends it.

Every one of our medical staff has a current Nebraska license and is in good standing with the state of Nebraska. Their passion is making sure you have the information you need. We want you have the information you need to make the decision that is right for you. We allow enough time for an appointment so that you don’t feel rushed and can ask the questions you have. Our goal at the end of the appointment is for you to feel like you have all the information and resources you need to take the next step.

Making your plan of action
