When’s the best time to take a pregnancy test?

The hormones in your body that result in a positive pregnancy test usually can’t be detected in your body until at least 9-11 days after fertilization. A missed period is usually the first sign of pregnancy.  We recommend that you come in after you missed your period.  Our free, lab-quality pregnancy test can detect the pregnancy hormone hCG as early as one day after a missed period and sometimes even earlier.

How long does an appointment last?

We schedule about 45 minutes for each appointment so we have time to determine what information and resources you need. When possible, we send forms to you ahead of time to make the appointment focused on you and not paperwork.

Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?

To protect your confidentiality, you’ll need to bring your valid photo ID. This can be a driver’s license, student ID, or another form of photo ID.
